Exosome treatments in Canary Wharf

Exosomes are tiny messengers that help skin cells talk to each other. We place them into the skin to support repair, then send you home with a bespoke exosome cream to carry on the work between visits.

Every treatment starts with a free consultation, in clinic or by video, including a free AI skin analysis. Our team checks the treatment is right for you and explains the risks.

What are exosomes?

Almost every cell in the body releases exosomes: very small, fat-walled packets that carry proteins, growth factors and genetic signals from one cell to the next. Because they are so small, neighbouring cells take them up easily.

In skin treatments, exosomes are used to encourage the skin’s own renewal: supporting collagen, calming irritation and helping the skin hold on to moisture. They do not add volume or change your features.

Exosomes made from human cells cannot be used in the UK. We use E50 exosomes, which come from a marine source (salmon) and are permitted for use here.

How the treatment works

At your consultation we choose how the exosomes reach the deeper skin. Tiny microinjections are the most direct route. They can also follow Sylfirm X RF microneedling, which opens fine channels for them to pass through, or be sprayed into the skin under pressure with Target Cool for a needle-free option.

Every course includes a bespoke exosome cream for home use, so your skin keeps getting support between appointments. Improvement builds over the course rather than overnight.

Is it right for you?

It may suit you if

  • You want brighter, healthier-looking skin without changing your features
  • You would like a treatment that pairs well with microneedling or laser
  • You are happy to follow a short course and use a cream at home

It may not be suitable if

  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have an active skin infection or open wounds in the area
  • You are allergic to fish or to any ingredient in the product

If you have a medical condition or take regular medication, tell us at your consultation. We may ask you to speak to your GP first.

Risks and side effects

Side effects depend on how the exosomes are delivered. Needle-free application has the fewest.

  • Redness and mild swelling for a few hours to a day
  • Small marks or bruises where microinjections were placed
  • Temporary dryness or tightness of the skin
  • Rarely, infection or an allergic reaction

We explain the risks that apply to you at your consultation, along with what to do and who to contact if anything worries you afterwards.

Individual results vary. Results depend on your skin, age, lifestyle, the number of sessions and how closely you follow aftercare advice.

Questions

Exosome Treatments questions

Anything else? Ask us at your free consultation, or call 020 7531 6600.

Where do your exosomes come from?

We use E50 exosomes, which come from a marine source (salmon). Exosomes made from human cells are not permitted in the UK, so we do not use them.

What is the bespoke exosome cream?

A cream made up for your skin that you use at home between sessions, so the skin keeps receiving support after you leave the clinic.

How are exosomes different from ExoSmart?

Our exosome treatments use a ready-made product. ExoSmart uses exosomes made from a small sample of your own blood on the day. We help you choose at your consultation.

Does it hurt?

With microinjections we apply numbing cream first, and most people find it very manageable. The needle-free Target Cool option is gentler still.

How many sessions will I need?

A course of three sessions, about four weeks apart, is typical, with a top-up roughly every six months to maintain the result.

Can exosomes be combined with other treatments?

Yes. They are often paired with Sylfirm X RF microneedling or laser to support the skin’s recovery. We will only suggest a combination if it suits your skin.
